Ingredients:
  • 2 cans (approx. 15 oz.) whole corn, drained
  • 2 cans (approx. 15 oz.) creamed corn
  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 sticks melted butter
  • 16 oz. sour cream
Directions:
Stir all ingredients in a baking dish.
Bake one hour in a 400 degree oven.
